＊Dip with crudités, chips, crackers
＊Spread (toast, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, falafels, shawarmas, burritos, quesadilla)
＊Replacement to aioli / sour cream
＊With eggs
＊Stuff mushrooms/chicken/potatoes to use like vegan cheese
＊Salad dressing - dilute with water OR olive oil, vinegar, honey for a caesar like dressing, can mix with mustard / peanut butter / soy sauce / chilli oil and water also for a dressing
＊Use as pasta sauce - boil pasta and mix the sauce in whilst still on the flame, add salt. Add edit* aglio olio or oregano/chilli flakes and fresh herbs
