Falafel Wrap

Ingredients
Pita bread – 2 no
Falafels – 6 no
Lettuce shredded – 3-4 fresh big leaves
Cucumber thin juliennes – ¼ no
Thinly sliced bellpepper juliennes (red and yellow) – ¼ a small pepper each
Cumin powder – a pinch
edit* Hummus – 3 tbsp
Lime juice – a dash
Make it Yours
Mix the cucumber, bell peppers, lettuce, cumin powder and lime juice in a bowl to make the salad.
Spread the edit* Hummus onto the pita bread.
On a bed of lettuce, place the falafels and top with the salad. Now wrap the pita up tight. Cover the wrap in a parchment paper or put a toothpick through it so that it holds the shape.
