Aglio Olio Tapenade Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Boneless – 1 breast, 1 leg
edit* Aglio Olio – 5 tbsp
Green Olives pitted- 5 no
Black olives pitted - 5 no
Basil – few fresh leaves
Jalapeños – 4-5 slices
Capers – 4-5 no
Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Make it Yours

Using a mortar and pestle, crush the olives, capers, jalapeños, and basil into 2 spoons of edit* Aglio Olio sauce. 

Marinate the chicken breast with edit* Aglio Olio and cook upto 75% on a grill. Now, Slice this almost cooked chicken to smaller pieces.

Heat a pan with some olive oil and toss the chicken in it with the pre prepared mixture of tapenade and Aglio olio and combine well. Once chicken is completely cooked, Serve hot with a wedge of lime.
