Ingredients
edit* Aglio Olio – 4 tbsp
White wine (optional) – 2 tbsp
Spaghetti, boiled – 200g
Parsley, chopped – 2 tsp
Parmesan, grated – 2 tsp
Salt & pepper – to season
*Add any vegetables (we recommend olives, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes or bell peppers) or protein (chicken, prawns or bacon) you like.
Make it Yours
Heat edit* Aglio Olio in a pan and stir in the white wine. If using vegetables or protein, add them in now and be a little more generous with the sauce.
Add the boiled spaghetti and toss until well coated.
Season to taste and serve hot with parmesan and chopped parsley.
